GBC & Associates, founded in 1992, has delivered many hospitality
training programs across the province, with a focus on culinary,
food and beverage service, management and International Chef internship
courses. The principles of the company are Geoffrey Bray-Cotton,
President of the Niagara-on-the-Lake Culinary School, and his business
partner Janice Bartley.
