The principal program of the school, the Culinary Program is a two year Chef Diploma program which is certified by Human Resources Development Canada and accredited by the Ministry of Training, Colleges and Universities- Private Career Colleges division. The program is comprised of two six-month Classroom Training segments, and two six-month paid internship Training Modules. Students are offered a conditional paid internship with the school's employer partners, dependent on overall grade average achieved.
