Students
interested in admission to the programs of the Niagara-on-the-Lake
Culinary School should familiarize themselves with the requirements,
applications, schedules and deadlines below. Any other inquiries

Requirements:
Any
student may apply to attend the Niagara-on-the-Lake Culinary School.
In circumstances where individuals have not acquired their Ontario
Secondary School Diploma (OSSD) an entrance exam will be administered.
Students with prior work experience will also be considered for
acceptance.
Application
Types: There
are three types of applications. Students may apply as a regular
applicant, a mature student, or as an international student. Students
can apply online.
Program
Schedule:
Programs commence November 4th. Classroom Training
takes place over a twenty-six week period from November to April.
Paid Internship Training commences in May for a twenty-six week
period. Students must have a minimum of six months of work experience
with a participating employer beginning no later than May of the
calendar year.
Deadlines:
Applications must be received by October 1st of the
calendar year in which the applicant is seeking admission.
